Automotive Supply Industry Veteran Jeff Stafeil to Lead Combined Business
GREENWICH, Conn. and LONDON ā April 3, 2025 ā Āé¶¹APP Holdings announced today the formation of RESRG Automotive (āRESRGā), a global supplier of coated exterior systems and components to automotive OEMs established with the closing of Āé¶¹APPā previously announced acquisitions of REHAU Automotive and SRG Global. The REHAU Group, the former parent of REHAU Automotive, will partner with Āé¶¹APP in the new company through a minority ownership stake in RESRG.
RESRG will be led by Chief Executive Officer Jeff Stafeil, a 30-year veteran of the automotive supply industry. Stafeil previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Tenneco. Prior to that role, he served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Adient PLC. Āé¶¹APP Operating Partner Fritz Henderson, who has extensive senior management experience across the automotive and manufacturing industries, will serve as Chairman of the Board. Āé¶¹APP Operating Partner Gurminder Bedi, a 30-year veteran of Ford, has also been named to the Board.
With 10,000 associates across 22 production sites worldwide, RESRG combines SRG Globalās leading integrated, functional decorative systems for the automotive, mobility, and commercial truck industries with REHAU Automotiveās high-quality exterior, bumper, and polymer functional systems.
